Packs
Packs start at 5 credits for $4.99. Credits never expire, so you can buy a pack now and use the rest next Halloween.
If a generation fails
A failed or blocked generation returns the credit automatically. This is a credit return, not a cash refund.
How long you can download
Finished portraits stay available for 14 days in My images. Your uploaded photo is deleted as soon as the image is ready.
