Terms of service
By using HalloweenAI.fun you agree to these terms. You may upload only a photo of yourself (18+), your own pet, or — for couple looks — an adult who appears with you and has agreed. Please read them together with the safety and copyright pages.
Your account
You must be 18 or older and sign in with a Google account that you control. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Your rights and consent
Upload only a photo of yourself (18+) or of your own pet. Couple looks also take one photo of a second adult who appears in the portrait with you and has agreed to it; you must be one of the two people. Public figures, celebrities, minors and anyone who has not agreed are never allowed, including parody and fan edits. You keep your rights in your photos and give us the limited permission needed to process them and deliver your image. You are responsible for how you publish or share the result.
Who we are
HalloweenAI operates this service from China.
Prohibited use
Never use HalloweenAI.fun to create any of these six categories of content: (1) sexual or intimate (NSFW) content; (2) violent or gory content (costume makeup such as sugar-skull paint or fake fangs is fine; realistic injuries and gore are not); (3) hate speech that attacks people or groups; (4) content that endangers minors, including any photo of a minor; (5) deepfakes and deceptive impersonation, meaning presenting an AI image as a real photo, using a public figure or celebrity, or faking a real person’s words or actions to mislead; (6) content that infringes copyright or trademark, including copyrighted characters, logos, brands and stolen media. Harassment, bullying, fraud, scams, defamation, attempts to bypass limits and abuse of the service are also banned. We may block generations, remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Reporting violations
If you see any image made with HalloweenAI.fun that breaks these rules, whether one of the six banned categories above or any other misuse and not only copyright or likeness issues, report it by emailing support@halloweenai.fun. Tell us the type of problem (for example NSFW content, impersonation or trademark infringement) and include the image link or generation ID if you have it.
Anyone can report, with or without an account. We confirm receipt within two business days and aim to resolve reports within five business days. The safety page explains how we review reports and what we do with violations.
Credits and delivery
One credit makes one image. Credits are bought in one-time packs through our payment processors, Dodo Payments and Waffo Pancake (5 credits for $4.99, 15 for $9.99, 40 for $19.99), never expire, have no cash value and cannot be transferred. There is no subscription. A credit is reserved when a generation starts and returned if it fails or is blocked. Returned credits are not a cash refund. The price of each pack is shown before you pay, and the credit cost is shown before you generate. The refund page explains when a credit pack can be refunded.
Image output
Each result is one 3:4 PNG portrait. The finished image is kept for 14 days for download, and the photo you uploaded is deleted as soon as the image is ready or the job fails. Costume, pose and appearance can vary and are not guaranteed.
Labeling
Images made with HalloweenAI.fun are AI-generated. When you share one, label it as AI-generated where a platform requires it and never present it as a real photograph of a real event.
AI limitations
Outputs may contain visual artifacts and may not preserve a face, a pet or a build perfectly. We may block unsafe inputs and remove content after a valid rights complaint or a confirmed report.
No affiliation
HalloweenAI.fun is an independent site and is not affiliated with any film, game, studio or costume brand, or with Google or the AI providers whose models we use.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
