Safety

Safety and acceptable use

Upload a photo of yourself or your own pet. You must be an adult. Public figures, celebrities and anyone who has not agreed are not allowed.

What is welcome

A photo of yourself (18+) or of your own pet. For couple looks, one photo of a second adult who appears with you and has agreed. Costumes and spooky looks are welcome; deception and harm are not.

Not allowed

These six categories of content are never allowed: (1) sexual or intimate (NSFW) content; (2) violent or gory content; (3) hate speech that attacks people or groups; (4) content that endangers minors, including any photo of a minor; (5) deepfakes and deceptive impersonation, meaning presenting an AI image as a real photo, using a public figure or celebrity, or faking a real person’s words or actions to mislead; (6) content that infringes copyright or trademark, including copyrighted characters, logos, brands and stolen media.

Photos of public figures or celebrities are never allowed, including parody and fan edits. Costume makeup such as sugar-skull paint or fake fangs is fine; realistic injuries and gore are not.

We also ban harassment, bullying, fraud, scams, false endorsements and anything unlawful.

Visible disclosure

Images made with HalloweenAI.fun are AI-generated. Share them as AI-generated, never as a real photo of a real event, and follow each platform’s rules for AI content.

Automatic checks

Before a generation starts, every uploaded photo is sent to an automated image-safety service that flags sexual or intimate content and other sensitive categories. A flagged photo is rejected and is not stored or charged. That check does not recognize public figures or whether the person is you, and it can miss photos. The image provider may separately refuse a generation. Blocked or failed generations return their credit. Repeated attempts to bypass the checks can lead to account suspension.

Provider processing

Your photo is sent to the AI provider Evolink, which runs Google’s Nano Banana 2 image model, only to make the image you requested. If the provider rejects the request or generation fails, the credit reserved for that job is returned.

Report a problem

Anyone can report an image made with HalloweenAI.fun, whether or not they have an account. Email support@halloweenai.fun with the image link or generation ID if you have it, which rule is broken, and a short description of the problem. The copyright page explains what a complete rights notice includes.

How we review reports

We confirm receipt within two business days and aim to resolve reports within five business days. Uploaded photos already pass the image check above, and the image provider may refuse a job. Neither check identifies public figures. Every report is then reviewed by our team against these rules. When a report is confirmed we remove the image, and for repeated or serious violations we suspend or ban the account. We tell the person who reported the outcome where we can, and we keep the minimum record needed to track repeat violations.
