Privacy policy
Your photo is used only as the input for the image you request. It is deleted when the image is ready or the job fails, it is not used for marketing, and we do not use it to train models.
What we process
Account identity from your Google sign-in (name, email address and profile basics); order and credit records; the one or two photos you upload; the look and options you choose; task identifiers from our image provider; and the finished PNG. Payments are handled by our payment processors, Dodo Payments and Waffo Pancake, so we never see or store your full card number or security code. We also keep basic technical logs needed to run and secure the service.
Who helps provide the service
We use service providers for hosting, storage, authentication, payments and AI image generation. Google handles sign-in. Dodo Payments and Waffo Pancake process payments. Your photo and the look you chose are sent to the AI provider Evolink, which runs Google’s Nano Banana 2 image model to create your image. We send only what is needed for the requested image and we do not sell personal data.
Before processing, your photo is also sent to an automated image-safety service that checks it for content we do not allow. That service only returns a safety verdict, and the image is not used to train models.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar storage needed to keep you signed in and the service secure, and basic aggregate analytics to understand which pages and features are used. We also set one anonymous visitor cookie to count which steps of the site people reach; it contains no personal information. We do not build cross-site behavioral profiles from your photos.
Retention
The photo you upload is deleted as soon as your image is ready or the job fails. The finished PNG is kept for up to 14 days so you can download it again, and authorized team members may inspect it for support and quality. Deleting an image or your account removes the related files sooner. Links shared with providers are temporary. Minimal order records may be kept longer where needed for fraud prevention, accounting, tax and legal duties.
Your choices
You can download or delete any image at any time, delete your account, or email support@halloweenai.fun to ask for a copy or the deletion of your data. See the delete-my-data page for the steps.
Provider copies and deletion limits
When you delete content on HalloweenAI.fun we remove our copy. Providers may keep temporary copies under their own retention rules, and we cannot guarantee that a provider will delete its copy on request. We ask providers to clean up where their tools allow it. For data held by a provider, email support@halloweenai.fun and we will help where we can.
Children
HalloweenAI.fun is for adults. Do not upload photos of minors, and do not use the service if you are under 18. Before generation, photos go through the image check described above. A photo it flags is rejected and is not stored. The check can miss photos, so it is not a guarantee that every photo of a minor is caught. If you believe a minor’s data reached us, email support@halloweenai.fun and we will remove it.
